Aliya has her first cold...poor sick girl. She has been coughing and sneezing with her crusty snotty nose. We took her to her pediatrician, Dr. Patel in Deland. She checked out! Then she had her well visit. She has grown so much, 27.5 inches and 19 lbs; 95% in both! Since she was born she has grown over 7 inches and more than doubled her birth weight. I took pictures of her chewing on a wooden tongue depressor to torture Rob. He is afraid of wood. Yes, you read that correctly. Another secret, Adam is afraid of cotton balls. FYI- for future torture reference- If you ever need to you can grab a wooden spoon and a q-tip and have them both begging for mercy! I love the first picture of Aliya, she is showing off her genetic link to Rob (as if there was a doubt!), raising her eyebrows. I can't do that! I wish I could so I could give Rob that quizzical look he always gives me! At least I can curl my tongue; something he is unable to accomplish and Aliya did receive that special talent from me!
