Trick or Treat
Aliya's first Halloween has officially arrived! We started out the evening at Publix, they were having a Monster Mash Party. Aliya went trick or treating through the store. It was not as much fun as all the hype that surrounded it but none the less she got yummy candy and of course a sprinkle cookie from the bakery, which was quite delicious if I might say so. After our mandatory visit to Starbucks, which is located next to Publix, we headed to Tyrone Square Mall. The mall is next to the hospital and since Rob is working nights he headed over to work after our evening was through. The mall was crazy! There were way to many kids and people! By the time we got half way around the mall some of the stores had already run out of candy. It was a great place for trick or treating though because it was cool and not buggy, plus no knocking on doors. Aliya started off asleep and when she did wake up she was more interested in her pumpkin pail than in candy. She got lots and lots of compliments on her pumpkin costume. Her round cheeks make her the perfect little pumpkin! After trick or treating we went to dinner at Bonefish Grill, we had never been and I have always wanted to go, (It is attached to the mall from the outside and when we went to our cars after trick or treating a bird was sitting so comfortably on Robs truck so we decided to eat there so we wouldn't disturb it but when we came out from eating and walking around the mall again she was still sitting there! Over an hour later!) I ordered Chilean Sea Bass. It was the most expensive item on the menu at $23 but they are always making it on Top Chef and every time they do I think to myself "I want to try that!" I suppose it was my Halloween treat, though for $23 it might actually have been a trick!

Uncle Pinky and Aunt Teri
We missed uncle Pinky and aunt Teri at Robs birthday BBQ but we got to enjoy them for the Bucs game on Sunday. They brought over wings and we just chilled out and watched the game. Aliya was a bit fussy but she sure did love Uncle Pinky's beard! Aunt Teri was so sweet and rocked Ali to sleep. We had such a great time! We honestly can't wait to do it again!
Cheeks
Rob and I have noticed when you bounce Aliya her cheeks sometimes move independently on their own. I love my babies round puffin cheeks! Also check out Aliyas first video! She takes hold of the camera and starts filming on her own.
Rob's Birthday Party
After the BBQ we headed upstairs. Maa, Bapa, Wayne, Mom and I played cards. Mom R, Mom B, Rob, Adam, and Aliya played peek-a-boo. This was the first time ever that Aliya laughed at Peek-a-boo! It was definitely the highlight of the night. She had everyone entertained and mesmerized! It was so so fun!
