Christmas tree lighting and Letter to Santa

Cookies!

Shes not the best decorator but neither are we. We had a great time despite Aliya and I being sick and Rob being sleep deprived and on call. Aliyas favorite part is when she realized the decorations were candy and she managed to gobble up all the candy balls. She also danced to her dads beat when he was beating the pecans to grind them up for the most delicious cookies on earth, bucs snowballs! Yum! Thanks so much to mom for coming over because with the state of the 3 of us nothing would have got done without her!

By the tree

Her favorite pass time now-a-days is pulling ornaments off the tree. Her favorites are theses stockings that she calls shoes and tries to put on, strawberry shortcake, 2 Christmas books, and of course elmo.

Rock star

She loves to play music with  her xylophone. When she stops she starts to clap and says Yay! Then asks "more?" and keeps playing.

Deland

Dad wins monopoly, go figure, and when I say wins I means crushes the rest of us. Mom and Ali pick oranges. Its cold and perfect.

Potty

She did it all on her own. She was stripped down getting ready to take a bath when Rob and I turn around and who, on her own accord, sits on her potty and pees! We started to cheer and she was dancing! It was fantastic. Rob and I couldn't be prouder.
