Great Geandma

Ali met her Great Grandma today! Robs maternal grandmother and mom were out and about today so Ali and I met up with them. It was the first time Ali met her Great Grandma!

Uncle Pinky and Aunt Teri

We missed uncle Pinky and aunt Teri at Robs birthday BBQ but we got to enjoy them for the Bucs game on Sunday. They brought over wings and we just chilled out and watched the game. Aliya was a bit fussy but she sure did love Uncle Pinky's beard! Aunt Teri was so sweet and rocked Ali to sleep. We had such a great time! We honestly can't wait to do it again!

Rob and I have noticed when you bounce Aliya her cheeks sometimes move independently on their own. I love my babies round puffin cheeks! Also check out Aliyas first video! She takes hold of the camera and starts filming on her own.

So I splurged on a $20 teether! Her name is Sophie and she is a giraffe. Who knew she would be worth her full price! Aliya loves her. She chews on her legs and ears. Sophies only problem is she was made in France.

Rob's Birthday Party

After the BBQ we headed upstairs. Maa, Bapa, Wayne, Mom and I played cards. Mom R, Mom B, Rob, Adam, and Aliya played peek-a-boo. This was the first time ever that Aliya laughed at Peek-a-boo! It was definitely the highlight of the night. She had everyone entertained and mesmerized! It was so so fun!

Rob's Birthday BBQ

On Saturday we celebrated Rob's 32nd birthday with a family BBQ. Rob grilled the steak while the rest of us hung out! I think everyone had fun but it got a little chilly as the sun started to set. We headed inside for the rest of the party. Post on that above.

4 Month Well-Check Appointment

Aliya had her 4 month appointment last week with Dr. Patel. She was a couple weeks late for it. Everything checked out just fine. Actually, Aliya is advanced for her age! She is rolling over, trying to sit and crawl. 16 lbs 6 oz. 75th% 25 inches 65% and 16.5 in head circumference 65%. I also had a shot (flu) so we have our before and after shot pictures. Also, I finally got Aliya rolling over on video!

Girls Day Out

Mom, Ali and I spent the day together last week. We had a makeover at Lancome and 20% of the $ we spent went to breast cancer research. Eddi, a sweet lady who worked at Lancome played with Aliya for so long. Ali really took to Eddi. Thanks Eddi for watching her!
